1. Introduction

Welcome to lettergenie.io ("Lettergenie", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, application, and services provided through lettergenie.io (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 To use our Services, you must create an account with a valid email address.

2.2 New users receive 1 free credit upon first sign-in. This free credit will not be granted if you sign up using:

  • An email address containing a + sign (aliasing), or
  • A disposable or temporary email domain (e.g., 10-minute email).

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Credits & Payment

3.1 Access to generating email templates is provided through a credit system. Credits may be purchased through the platform.

3.2 Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold.

3.3 No refunds are provided once credits are used. Please review Section 8 (Refunds & Withdrawal Rights).

4. Ownership & License

Lettergenie.io or our licensors own all right, title, and interest (including intellectual property rights) in and to our Services, including the text, graphics, images, photographs, videos, illustrations, and other content contained therein.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, all rights in and to our Services, including all intellectual property rights, are reserved by us or our licensors.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your own use. Any unauthorized use of our Services will terminate the license granted herein and may violate intellectual property rights.

Content Ownership:

  • You own all right, title, and interest in and to the content ("Content") you generate using our Services.
  • You may use your generated Content broadly, including for commercial purposes, provided that your usage complies with these Terms.

5. Trademarks

The "Lettergenie.io" name and our logos, product or service names, slogans, and the look and feel of our Services are trademarks of Lettergenie.io and may not be copied, imitated, or used without our prior written permission.

All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names, and company names or logos mentioned on or in connection with our Services are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any products, services, or information does not imply endorsement or recommendation by us.

6. Copyright & User-Generated Content

6.1 Copyright-Free Output: All content generated by lettergenie.io is free of copyright - you may use it for any legal purpose, including commercial use.

6.2 You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors
  • Generate or disseminate false or harmful information
  • Disseminate personally identifiable information intended to cause harm
  • Defame, disparage, or harass others
  • Conduct fully automated decision-making that impacts legal rights
  • Discriminate or cause harm to individuals or groups
  • Exploit vulnerabilities of specific groups for harmful purposes
  • Provide medical advice or diagnostic interpretation
  • Generate or disseminate content for law enforcement, immigration, asylum, or similar determinations (e.g., fraud prediction, crime profiling)

7. Feedback

We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions at hello@lettergenie.io. By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it without restriction.

8. Cookies & Privacy

We use cookies for authentication and metrics collection. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

9. Refunds & Withdrawal Rights

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, if you are an individual purchasing credits for non-business purposes, you may have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase.

However, once credits have been granted, downloaded, or used, the right of withdrawal is waived, and refunds will not be issued.

10. Termination & End of Service

10.1 We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activity.

10.2 If lettergenie.io discontinues its Services, we will provide at least 1 week’s notice for you to use any remaining credits. After this period, unused credits will expire and be erased.

11. Disclaimer

It is not warranted that lettergenie.io will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

All express and implied warranties not stated in these Terms (including but not limited to loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption) are excluded to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

12. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

lettergenie.io provides its Services "as is" and makes no warranties as to quality, fitness for purpose, or reliability.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from your use of our Services.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In any case, our liability is strictly limited to the amount you actually paid for credits or Services.

13. User Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for how you use generated Content. Lettergenie.io is not responsible or liable for your actions or the consequences of your use of generated content.

14. Third-Party Services

Our Services use third-party technology, including the Anthropic API. By using our Services, you also agree to comply with Anthropic’s Consumer Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved amicably between the parties. If no resolution is reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in Poland. Consumers within the EU may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Runtyme.co as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent or employee of Runtyme.co. You agree that Runtyme.co will not be liable by reason of any representation, act or omission to act by you.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Final Provisions

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
